Eaton Square School is a collection of co-educational independent day schools located in Westminster. The senior school is attached to a Nursery and Preparatory school for children aged between 2 and 11, while the senior school and Sixth Form are aimed at students aged between 11 to 18. Students are given an ‘exceptional all-round education’ in line with the holistic mission of the school.
The school is based in the Georgian townhouse 106 Piccadilly which, before being a school, was the St James’ Club. The club had many famous members, including Ian Fleming and Evelyn Waugh. The schools’ facilities include a sports centre in Acton Town which contains football and rugby pitches, netball courts, a hockey pitch, cricket nets and tennis courts. The students also use playing fields at Boddington. Students can also take part in other sports such as fencing, swimming, yoga, gymnastics, and rowing.
In 2020, 47% of students who had sat their GCSEs achieved between Grades 9 to 7 with 98% of GCSE students achieving between a Grade 9 to 4. The school has only recently opened its Sixth Form but aims to stand out with its combination of academic structure and pastoral support. Students will also have access to higher education resources including an Oxbridge programme, a Lawyer Portal and a Medics Portal.
