NEWSFLASH! Infobahn really has helped us lots these last few months.

We wanted to start taking online booking for online tuition and Infobahn came to the rescue! We were looking to have a slick booking process that was easy for clients to use which Infobahn were able to design. Both James and Sam really thought about the end to end process and all of this consideration now means that clients are enabled to book a lesson in a few simple steps. James and Sam also managed to overcome the time difference issue which we faced; this is because many of our clients are based all over the world. This was a big issue to begin with and it was something I was thrilled to see that Infobahn could conquer – it did not seem to faze them in the slightest.

It is possible for individual tuition lessons to be booked and paid for on our booking system or, alternatively, bulk lessons can be booked. Our tuition lessons take place on Skype with our online interactive whiteboard also being used at the same time too by the tutor and tutee. We were only looking to create a new booking system which has been done successfully by the team at Infobahn. We could not recommend them more highly should you be looking for any website improvements.

With this new online booking system in place, we can now spend more time focusing on other aspects of our business to maximise customer support. All of our clients, for example, receive regular feedback and progress reports.

We first heard about Infobahn from our friends at Babysitters of Kensington & Chelsea. This agency also has an automated booking system for their clients and covers all of South West London. We really enjoy working with both of these companies due to the great people they have on board – both hard working and a joy to be around!
